One Year

Time flew past. It's already one year. We have been living in Holland for one year.

Should we celebrate? Nah, I don't think so. Or maybe we should, at least, I think I should congratulate myself for surviving as a full time mum in a foreign country and didn't "kill" my child or husband....hahhah. It's really not easy. Pat on my back. =)

We do wish to go back East soon, not that we didn't enjoy the year here but it's more for the little one (of course, we do miss family and friends back home). We feel that she isn't getting enough interaction with her peers and she's becoming dependent on us whenever she's in a unfamiliar environment, in layman terms, sticky to us, and doesn't dare to explore. We think she's going to have a problem going to preschool in future hence the earlier we settle this problem the better and this means going back East soon. However, no concrete plans are made yet, it's just our wishful thinking and hoping everything will fall into place when the time comes.

Till the time we go back, we'll make full use of our days here which means planning for holidays and more holidays. =) Holidays in Europe are really the best part of staying here. =) Can't wait for our family to visit again next year! See you all soon!
