Brussels & Antwerp

Over the weekend, we drove to Brussels and Antwerp for a weekend getaway. We were supposed to attend a lunch function organised by the Singapore Embassy in Antwerp on Sunday, so we thought why not spend the weekend in Belgium too. =)

The weather wasn't good on Saturday. It was raining on our way there and still raining when we reached Brussels. We had to walk in the rain but the lucky thing was Trisha was all dry in her stroller and asleep. =) Hence, it wasn't all that fun in Brussels.

Antwerp was better. There was no rain, just very overcast with clouds. Hence, it was more enjoyable touring the city of Antwerp. Oh, we had a good dinner as well in a Italian restaurant. The pasta was delicious! It was really a nice end to the evening. =)
