Potty Training

We have been putting Trisha on the potty for her toilet training a few months back. As she usually does her big business in the morning after her morning milk feed, we let her sit in her potty to get used to doing her business on it. We are very happy to say that she has been able to poo in the potty every morning for the last one month or so. Unfortunately for us though, we have to clean her potty everytime. It isn't the best job in the world. So we went ahead and bought this little attachment to our own toilet bowl so she can sit on our toilet bowl to do her big business, like a big girl!

She actually chose the colour all by herself. There were 3 colours on display, blue, red and green. Mummy asked Trisha which one she wanted and she pointed to the top shelf (blue was on this shelf). To be sure, Mummy took the blue and green ones down from the shelves and asked Trisha again and she pointed to the blue one. Last confirmation. This time, Mummy took the blue and red ones and asked Trisha to choose again. Bingo! Blue again! Hmmm....we think it's cos the potty at home is also blue. =)

Hopefully, she can tell us when she wants to pee and poo in future, for now, she only tells us after she has pooped in her diaper so that we can change her diaper. Wish that she can help us save $ on diapers very soon. =p
